The broader objective of the organization is to empower poor communities and reduce poverty. To achieve this, the organization has defined the following specific objectives:
To implement income-generating activities for poor and disadvantaged people.
To promote mass literacy and provide education to disadvantaged children.
To build the capacity of project participants to mobilize and utilize local resources for the sustainable development of their communities.
To support program participants in promoting gender equity, child rights, and social justice.
To rehabilitate and develop children and youths with disabilities, and to manage natural disasters effectively.
To promote homestead gardening and food production, including agro-fisheries, agroforestry, food security, and food processing.
To improve health conditions through primary healthcare and family planning services.
To develop infrastructure ensuring access to safe drinking water and hygienic sanitation (safe latrines).
To extend humanitarian support and emergency response during natural disasters.
To promote reproductive health and address the needs of adolescents, especially regarding health education and services.
